Selwyn Pellett Steps Down from EROAD Board

Transportation technology services company EROAD Limited has announced that Selwyn Pellett, EROAD’s non-independent, non-executive director, has resigned from the Board.
Mr Pellett’s resignation is due to unforeseen personal family reasons, and is effective immediately. While Mr Pellett had indicated an intention to retire as part of the Board’s ongoing refresh, these recent circumstances have accelerated his decision. According to the latest report, the Light Traffic Index (LTI) rose 1.3% m/m in October, while the Heavy Traffic Index (HTI) rose 3.0%. Heavy traffic is down 0.1% y/y, while light traffic is down 0.4% y/y.
