Throughout his career, Aaron has successfully led mergers and acquisitions, business transformations, and multi-site operations while fostering a culture of accountability, ethical governance, and sustainable growth. His leadership style is firmly grounded in servant leadership, empowering teams to perform at their best while ensuring strong governance frameworks and transparent decision-making.

In addition to his executive roles, Aaron has served as a board member and governance leader in several high-profile organisations, including Keith Andrews Trucks, Norwood, and the Business Leaders Health & Safety Forum.
