Fuso New Zealand has strengthened its nationwide aftersales support network with two new 2S dealer locations, giving customers greater access to authorised servicing and Genuine FUSO parts.
Commencing this month Transport Diesel & Marine in Onehunga and East Coast Heavy Diesel & Machinery in Gisborne join the Fuso New Zealand 2S dealer network, expanding authorised service coverage in two key regions. The expansion reinforces FUSO’s commitment to delivering nationwide aftersales support for FUSO truck and bus customers.
Fuso New Zealand General Manager Sales and Marketing Torben Freer said continuing to strengthen the aftersales network is an important investment in supporting customers’ businesses.
“Our customers rely on their trucks and buses every day, so it’s essential they have easy access to authorised service and support wherever they operate,” said Freer.
“These two new locations are another step in our ongoing commitment to supporting our customers long after they’ve taken delivery of their vehicle – whether it’s for scheduled warranty maintenance, genuine parts access or factory-trained technical support whenever it’s needed.”
Transport Diesel & Marine becomes the network’s newest authorised parts and service dealer, operating from a new facility at 30C Alfred Street, Onehunga. With more than 40 years in business, the company has earned a strong reputation for delivering trusted heavy vehicle servicing across the region.
Transport Diesel & Marine owners Jim Johnstone and Brendon Morron said joining the FUSO 2S dealer network was a natural fit. “We’ve built our reputation on quality workmanship and dependable customer service, and those values align closely with Fuso New Zealand,” said Johnstone and Morron. “We’re looking forward to supporting FUSO customers with authorised servicing and genuine parts backed by our experienced team.”
East Coast Heavy Diesel & Machinery has expanded its partnership with Fuso New Zealand, adding authorised FUSO Parts & Service support to its existing Gisborne operation. Managing Director Scott Hale said the dealership will improve support for FUSO operators throughout the East Coast.
“It allows us to better serve customers across the East Coast, while building on the strong relationship we've established with Fuso New Zealand through our Whakatāne dealership,” said Hale.
“We’re proud to continue growing alongside the brand and helping customers keep their trucks on the road.”
