EROAD Fleet Days 2026 is making a significant expansion that reflects the industry's growing demand for connection and innovation. Following a standout 2025 event, organisers have responded to clear feedback by extending the conference from a single day to two full days. The expanded event will take place on August 5-6, 2026, at Mystery Creek in Hamilton, cementing its status as New Zealand's largest fleet management gathering. 

This year's EROAD Fleet Days promises an immersive experience designed to engage attendees from multiple angles. The event features four distinct experience streams that cater to different interests and learning styles.

The Conference Programme brings together industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators to discuss critical topics shaping New Zealand's transport future. Day 1 opens with discussions on transport's role in economic growth, followed by sessions on vehicle safety, entrepreneurship, and the White Island rescue by Kahu Helicopters CEO Mark Law. Day 2 features keynote speaker Sir John Key, former Prime Minister of New Zealand, alongside sessions on fleet data trends, automotive landscape shifts, and high-performance business practices with racing driver Hayden Paddon. 

The Exhibition Floor provides attendees with direct access to the latest fleet management technology, vehicles, and solutions from industry suppliers. Complementing this is the Outdoor Experience, where attendees can test drive light vehicles, ride in heavy vehicles, explore a new 4x4 off-road track, and witness live action demonstrations showcasing performance and safety. The outdoor zone has expanded significantly, featuring a Heavy Vehicle Showcase with multiple truck brands and a High-Performance Ride Zone. 

For the first time, EROAD is hosting a Truck Show and Shine, inviting vehicle owners to bring their trucks for display and competition. Eligible entries must be submitted with photos by July 31, with vehicles displayed from August 4-6. Winners will be announced at the event, with prize categories recognising the best-presented vehicles.  

Event attendees also have the chance to win incredible prizes. Those who purchase tickets are automatically entered into a grand draw offering a full ticket refund, two nights of VIP accommodation, a helicopter ride, and a passenger ride with professional driver Mad Mike.
