On 2 February 2014, EROAD announced its expansion into the Australian fleet management market. While Coretex (then Smart Track) had already been operating for around a decade, this was EROAD’s first international expansion and marked a significant step in the company’s growth.

Over the last decade, EROAD fleet management software has helped hundreds of customers in Australia to improve operations, with a focus on driver safety and fleet efficiency.

When we first entered the Australian market in 2014, EROAD had just over 18,000 connected units worldwide. Together we’ve grown our customer base significantly, and in 2024 we have over 240,000 connected units worldwide.

Our dedicated and resourceful Aussie team have worked tirelessly to make sure customers get maximum value from EROAD, growing our Australian customer base significantly over 10 years – to reach over 17,000 connected units at the end of 2023.

The fleet management landscape is continuously evolving, and with over a decade of experience under our belts, we are ready to continue helping more Australian fleets to improve the safety and efficiency of their fleets through EROAD products and services.
