Posted: 30-May-2025 |

Coda Group has recently announced a strategic transition in the Bay of Plenty region: the sale of its Mount Distribution Centre and Bay of Plenty (BOP) Transport Operations to Booth’s Logistics.

Booth’s, a highly respected, family-owned company with deep roots in the Bay of Plenty, is recognised for its customer-focus, operational excellence, and dedication to local heritage. This move is designed to provide enhanced capabilities and improved service for customers, drawing on Booth's extensive experience within the logistics sector.

The official transition is expected to be complete by 30 May 2025. Until that point, Coda Group assures its customers and partners that it will be business as usual, emphasising a commitment to continuity, reliability, and high-quality service throughout the process. Coda Group also expresses enthusiasm for the opportunities this partnership will bring, both for customers and the broader freight and transport needs of New Zealand.

This integration not only signals growth and expansion for Booth’s Logistics but also demonstrates Coda Group’s commitment to supporting New Zealand’s supply chain with innovative partnerships and customer-first solutions.
