August 2025 Issue of NZ Truck & Driver out next week

The August 2025 edition of New Zealand Truck & Driver goes to work with newest heavy truck brand on Kiwi highways.

Our cover and Giti Tyres Big Test features the FAW JH6, a new 550hp contender from China which is has gone to work on a Hamilton-Auckland fresh produce run for KAM Transport. We test the fresh addition to the market which is being imported by Intertruck Distributors.

The August issue Fleet Focus looks at the highly specialised work completed by TSS Sensitive Freight. Using a fleet of bespoke Isuzu trucks, the company transports and helps to install the high-tech and often delicate equipment used in hospitals and cancer treatment centres as well as the latest security, computer and printing equipment. 

The monthly News section celebrates the winners of the industry awards announced at the Transporting NZ South Island Seminar and also looks at the final phase of Low Emission Transport Fund announcements. We’ve got the latest truck racing news from both New Zealand and Europe, take a look at the new Daimler Truck Global Parts Centre and feature a new Kiwi innovation which is saving fuel during milk tanker operations.
