National heavy truck and trailer parts provider TWL remains open in support of essential services during the Covid-19 level four restrictions says General Manager - Transport, Glenn Stapleton.

17 of TWLs 19 branches remain open and accessible to essential services with New Plymouth on call and Napier closed due to Hastings branch being in close proximity. The company's 3 major warehouses also remain operating in support of the national network.

"As always the TWL team are here to play our part in keeping the business of transport moving. In the current level 4 situation that focus is very squarely and exclusively on essential services" said Stapleton.

Stapleton says that the best method for accessing TWL is via the phone and email, including their online enquiry form. You can access all of this on their website www.goughtwl.co.nz.

"Goods can be delivered directly to essential service customers in order to save time and limit risk. Our branch doors will be locked, so we can arrange essential service product pick-ups from our front door if needed."

"If essential service customers need to access the branch, the company will be operating under regimented cleanliness and 2-metre social distancing standards."

"We are taking a wide range of precautions to prevent the potential spread of COVID-19 and to protect our employees, customers, business partners and communities. Our preparedness includes closely following the Ministry of Health's advice."

"There has been no significant impact on parts supply at this stage and we'll closely monitor the situation as we move forward" Stapleton said.
